Returns within 14 days



You can return any item purchased from Zenflameshop.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be:


  • in the same condition as received,
  • unused and undamaged,
  • in its original packaging (if possible).

We will reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.





Return shipping costs



  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.
  • In these cases, we cover the return shipping cost.


Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification.


If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.





Non-returnable items



We do not accept returns for:


  • items damaged due to use
  • items without original packaging
  • personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)

If you received a damaged or incorrect product:
